Really moves the air. NOISY. If this is considered quiet I'd would not to hear one they considered noisy. I'm hoping I can quiet the noise if I lube it a bit. We'll see. When I can't stand the noise any longer I'll go to the big box store and listen to fans before purchasing another unit.
Yup it is a noisy little sucker.

The kit arrived fine. No instructions or anything. I watched the video, but it shows the cables and everything already connected to each other. Mine arrived with everything disconnected. There are a couple of helpful tags on some of the wires telling where to connect them to, but not all and arguably the most important ones were missing. The old fan kit was wired completely differently so that was no help.
But if you watch the video in the first 30 seconds or so you can see how they have everything wired up. Follow that and some deductive reasoning and you can get it hooked up in no time.
I do recommend testing it all out before you get the blower positioned in the back, lot easier to swap cables in case you did something wrong.
It works well and is quieter than the stock blower I had.
